Rachel Rye Keller was born December 25, 1992. She is an American actress. Her roles include Sydney Barrett (FX TV series Legion) and Simone Gerhardt (FX Black Comedy Crime Drama Anthology Series Fargo).
Early life
Keller was born in Los Angeles and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She was educated at the Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists, and she graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2014. Keller is Jewish and celebrates Hanukkah with her father.
Career
Keller started her career in short films, and later in guest starring roles on the television series The Mentalist or Supernatural.
Keller was widely recognized for her role as Simone Gerhardt, a recurring character in FX’s second season of Fargo.
She starred in FX’s Legion as Sydney Barrett (female lead) between 2017 and 2019.
Keller played the role of Cassandra Pressman on Netflix’s mystery drama series The Society in 2019. She was Odessa Young’s replacement in 2022 when she played a major role on the HBO Max series Tokyo Vice.
