Aislinn Derbez

Aislinn Gonzalez Michel is the daughter to Eugenio Derbez, an actor, and Gabriela Michel (an actress), who were married from 1986-1987. She studied acting and visual arts at The Actors Studio in New York City.

Aislinn derbez was born in Mexico City and raised by Eugenio Derbez. Her parents are Gabriela Michel, an artist, and Eugenio Derbez. They are considered one of the most famous and respected comedians and actors in Mexico. She is the granddaughter to Silvia Derbez, a Mexican actress. Aislinn descends from her maternal grandmother and paternal grandfather in Mexico, while her maternal grandmother and paternal grandfather are French.

Aislinn was a New York City resident for four years, 2006-2009. She studied visual arts, theatre and photography and received her Bachelor of Visual Arts from the School of Visual Arts in NYC. She began modeling at age 15. In 2009, she began her acting career in Mexico. In the seven years between 2010 and 2017, she has appeared in 15 feature films, as well as several TV series. Starring in the movie “A La Mala”, a top-10 box office hit, was her first major role.

Today, Derbez is one the most well-known and popular Mexican actresses of her generation. She moved to Los Angeles in 2016 and has appeared in independent films and series such as “Win it All”, which she starred with Jake Johnson. The series was directed by Joe Swanberg. “EASY” is a Netflix anthology series. Derbez and her husband Mauricio created “A Toda Madre Entertainment”, a production company in California that produces content in Mexico as well as the United States.

Personal life

Her paternal half-brothers are Jose Eduardo Derbez (actor) and Vadhir Derbez (actor). Aitana, her father’s half-sister, was born in 2014. She is the daughter of Alessandra Rosaldo and her father. She has two sisters from her mother’s side. Her paternal grandmother Silvia Derbez is an actress.

After filming A La Mala (2014), Derbez began dating MauricioOchmann. The couple were married in 2016. Kailani Ochmann was born to her on 27 February 2018.
