MTV’s fitness coach, she is also the co-creator of Lionsgate Media’s 30-Day Buttlift DVD workout series. Alicia is a syndicated columnist at Oxygen magazine. She has written dozens of articles for a variety of women’s magazines, including Muscle & Fitness Hers and Fitness RX.
